NOVA episode on Forensics highlights 3rdTech's 
SceneVision-3D software for crime scene reconstruction
- The NOVA episode, Forensics on Trial, shows the North Carolina State University program IC-CRIME which uses 3D laser scans and SceneVision-3D software to capture, and reconstruct, a crime scene as a 3D computer graphics model. The episode, which first aired on October 17, 2012, can be seen online here (The SceneVision-3D part begins around minute 43.)

CSI in a Virtual World: New Grant Furthers NC State's Work in Forensic Science - North Carolina State University has announced a National Science Foundation grant to develop multi-agency collaboration and multi-disciplinary tools for forensic science. 3rdTech's DeltaSphere-3000  scanner and SceneVision-3D software will be employed to virtually reconstruct and preserve crime scenes. A&E's Crime 360 Features 3rdTech's DeltaSphere 
The DeltaSphere-3000 and SceneVision-3D software were featured on the premier episode of A&E's new crime investigation show, Crime 360. On the show, airing March 6, the DeltaSphere was used to create an accurate 3D model of the suspect's apartment and to analyze the crime.
