Forensic Video Solutions, Inc. Uses SceneVision-3D to Enhance Forensic Video Analysis  

Presentation at the annual LEVA Conference describes using 3D Scanning along with Video

Durham, N.C., October 2, 2012 3rdTech, Inc., a leading provider of tools for graphical crime scene reconstruction, today announced that its SceneVision-3D software has been used in developing new techniques for video analysis and reverse projection. These new techniques will be presented at the annual Law Enforcement & Emergency Services Video Association Conference at the Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

Andrew Fredericks, a LEVA Certified Forensic Video Technician and full time technician for Forensic Video Solutions, Inc. - will describe using Focus3D laser data, and SceneVision-3D software, to "show a broader 3D perspective that cameras alone cannot provide" - along with work on "reverse projections in 3D space" and "creating 3D fly-throughs" as well as other topics.
