  - managed graphics/imaging product development and advanced technology groups

  - managed start-up, VC funding ($800K), and sale to Sun Microsystems ($5M)
• 1982-85 VP of Graphics Technology, Adage Inc. Raleigh NC
  - led advanced technology group developing application-specific graphics software/firmware
